What to include
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and operating system, such as "Safari 18 on iOS" or "Chrome on Windows".
- The file format and rough size, for example "12 MB HEIC photo" or "180 MB MP4 video".
- Any message shown in the editor, copied as you see it.
Keep your media private
You do not need to attach a personal photo or video to report a problem. A description of the steps and file properties is usually enough, and it keeps your media out of an email thread.
What to expect
This is a small maintained project, so a reply may take a while and we do not promise a fixed response time. Reports that include the steps above are the quickest to act on.
